Coaching/mentoring programmes
The shape of our coaching and mentoring programmes varies according to your needs. We will agree an appropriate way of working with you depending on the context Specific examples are:
Chairman/Chief Executive coaching People in high places often need a sounding broad for their thinking. A common pattern for Chairmen and Chief Executives is to have a regular session at monthly or two-monthly intervals. either to deal with specific problems areas or whatever issues are most pressing when the session takes place.
Performance coaching Typically this involves working towards goals agreed at the beginning of the programme, to improve effectiveness in specific areas. The programme is likely to consist of monthly or fortnightly sessions for a period of six tor twelve months.
Development coaching Would cover a broader range of issues than performance coaching, and would probe more deeply into your profile of strengths and weaknesses; goals and value. Aims at transformational change in the individual and step change in performance
lCareer development Managers sometimes reach a crossroads in their career and need help to determine the best way forward. An opportunity to stand back and review goals and values, strengths and weaknesses, and to create a compelling future. This may take only one or session or may take three or four. Some QCMC coaches are qualified to give feedback on specific instruments, such as Myers-Briggs, to help with this process.
