About Us
We are qualified, professional management consultants, as well as mentors and coaches.
We understand how organisations work and can see the broader picture, linking individual and team performance with organisational aims.
Our strength lies in the depth of experience and variety of backgrounds of our members - ranging across private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
We adhere to professional standards and as a group are active in furthering our own professional learning and development for the benefit of our clients.
We coach middle and senior managers, Board Directors and Chief Executives.
Many of our coaches and mentors have experience not only of coaching or mentoring Board directors but also of being Board directors themselves.
